I chose That HVAV Guy because my former landlord used them for years. Jordan was amazing, so after I moved I called for routine maintenance and requested him. He was amazing as always. He explained everything and did an excellent job.

I've never used him previously but his name was given to us by several friends in our neighborhood. Jordan came over on a Saturday within 2 hrs of a phone call re: sudden lack of cooling for one of our A/C units. Listened to the symptoms, explained the likely problem, and spent a lot of time diagnosing and fixing it. All was good for 24 hrs but the fix then uncovered another issue (it's a 17yr old unit that I have never gotten serviced...) for which he promptly returned 2 days later with another guy, having ordered the necessary parts and got it all resolved. A no-nonsense approach and it's clear he's got a ton of experience. Would recommend him 100%
