I have a 6 year old unsocialized rottweiler, he has only ever regularly seen his one groomer, but we moved so I needed to find one more convenient. Veronica responded to my online inquiry the same day, and showed up the next day on time to my house (nothing more convenientthan that), and was so pleasant. My dog absolutely adored her from the second we all met. She did a fantastic job with his groom, and he walked in smelling fantastic. She is thorough during the introduction process, which was also a huge bonus for me. We are already booked with her for the entire rest of the year.

Our experience with Bold and Beautiful K9 today was OUTSTANDING. They did a fantastic job grooming our little gal (a shitzu/poodle mix) and she was so happy and excited when she came back into the house. Highly recommend using their services.

I have an 18 wk old toy Maltipoo and Veronica was amazing with her. She was on time for the appt and was able to work her in around my own medical schedule pretty quickly. This is the first dog I have owned who needs a “cut grooming”. She asked lots of questions concerning the length of the cut. I could tell she just wanted to make sure the cut was exactly like I wanted it. When she brought her back to the door, she was just as calm as she was when I gave her to her. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love Bold and Beautiful K9! She was so gentle and thoughtful with my dog, especially since he has a sensitive, injured eye. It meant a lot to see someone take the time to really care and adjust the grooming to his needs. I also love that she’s mobile—it made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful for both me and my pups. They came back clean, happy, and looking great. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I took a chance on Bold and Beautiful K9. For years I took all my dogs to a small groomer service in Surprise but they closed down during Covid. I found Veronica by doing a Google search. She has been over to groom 4 of my dogs twice now. She has done such a wonderful job and she is very careful with them. Two have long hair that get knots and she removes them and they look so beautiful when she is done. The other two are over 18 years old . She clips their nails without them having too much stress, baths them and even files the nails so they don't have rough edges. I couldn't be more thankful that I found her. She is polite, professional, asks for permission and is very attentive to the extra special care my two older ones need. Her prices are the same that my vet would charge, except for the fact that Veronica comes to me. She is always on time and even sends me a reminder notice the day before. Thank you Veronica for all you do, you have made my life so much easier and my dogs very happy.

Poor level of service. From the very beginning Veronica has always had a smart, snarky, and sarcastic tone. On our last grooming appointment my daughters were petting our dogs while I was paying her and she had the nerve to tell them in a sarcastic tone “maybe they don’t like when you pet them like that”. I had to reschedule my appointment with her and she imposed a new deposit policy for appointments. We called her to discuss this and to better understand if someone cancels in a timely manner why would you still keep their deposit. She once again in a snarky sarcastic tone said “well I’m sure your wife is familiar it’s the service industry. So when she gets her nails done or hair it’s similar to that” for the record never ever have I had to pay an appointment deposit for any service I’ve had done. She said this is my new policy and then hung up and followed up with a text saying “you’re off my list permanently” hopefully she realizes she’s not the only mobile grooming pet company in the valley. And with this level of service she’s not going to be getting much business.

Veronica has been grooming my dogs for years. I’m beyond excited that she is now mobile making life so much more convenient. My boy is a rescue from the county shelter and has trigger issues with loud power tool noises. I was so impressed that he does so good with her. My old girl has serious hip issues and needs extra careful attention. Both my babies adore her and come back happy, calm and velvety soft!
