We booked 2 rides with this service. Our ride from the airport to our hotel went perfectly! The communication and transportation was exceptional! But our 2nd booking was a disaster. We were to be picked up at the ballpark, stop by our hotel and then taken to the airport. Our pick up was to be 4:30pm. As the weather was a bit rainy, we did call to see if the driver could come earlier. We were informed that he was on another call, but would come after. He could be there slightly before but definitely by our scheduled time. And then it went down hill from there. We received GPS notification which allowed us to see who and where our driver was. By that indicator, it showed him arriving late. I called dispatch 2 times only to be told he would definitely be there. When the time grew later for his arrival I called back, the dispatcher could no longer reach the driver and it appeared he turned his GPS and phone off. Several calls with dispatch and then a call 10minutes after the pick up time from the driver saying he was 20 minutes away, we were stranded. We took an Uber to our hotel. On the way, I called the Car Service back. I was told they would have the driver meet us now at the hotel, that they would call ahead and have our luggage pulled and ready to go and they would not charge us for the trip. I was guaranteed the driver would be there when we arrived. Not only was the driver not there, but no one called the hotel to have the luggage ready either as promised (I could have and would have done it if they had not assured me it would be taken care of). So now we are scrambling again to get an Uber big enough for the family and our luggage to get to the airport. And we are now late. After getting in our Uber, I called the car service back and told them that the driver again did not show up. The dispatch girl could have cared less. No apologies, nothing! Meanwhile, 50 minutes later I get a text notification while at the airport already that the driver had just shown up at the hotel. Never again.

This service is amazing. We had a large group needed two shuttles to pick our group up from the Cubs game Reggie wouldn’t leave until the second shuttle was there and our group was all loaded. The drivers go above and beyond for their customers. I would use them again.

The staff was amazing to work with! We used them multiple times a day for a week while in Chicago and I would do it again! Ertha and Charity kept us organized and Reggie was the best driver ever!

I use Grid for all our airport drop-offs and pickups...and once had a driver for an appointment outside the city which required a long wait and ride home. Every experience has been top notch. The arrangements are easy to make, the cars are super clean, and the drivers are courteous, punctual (and vaccinated!). Love this company!

This company is all about customer service. A few years ago we had a small hiccup with a driver who mixed up our pick up and drop off address. The owner of the company made us several promises and made good on each one of them. We have never had another issue since. We recently just took our first trip since the Covid lockdown. Grids prices are still the best and the service was A+.

Absolutely made our trip easy with transportation to and from O’Hare airport. Showed up on time got our luggage loaded got us to the airport safely and when we got back from our trip received a phone call they met us at the luggage helped us load everything up gave us treats and water and delivered us to our vehicles would use them time and time again

Grid is very professional, as are the drivers. I normally take very early flights out of Ohare, from the South Suburbs. On time pick-up and drop off, clean vehicle, polite drivers, reasonable prices. Refreshments are a great touch as well. Im booking my next sevice as we speak!

I've used them a couple times and absolutely love the service. Very dependable. Most recent experience family vacation of 8 people with a 5am flight. Grid was on point arrived early and vehicle was extra spacious.. We will definitely use them again. Also parents looking for prom. Grid was reliable and kept me informed with every destination.
