I decided to contact this company because they had five starts on google, however, I did not have a good experience with the rep that came to “adjust” my garage door.He absolutely took No tools down from his work truck other than a lubricant bottle.The garage door was a little loud, so explained the problem. He lubricated the hinges and he said I may had to replace the wheels if the noice didn’t stop. When I said the door was only two years old, he changed his opinion.After he finished lubricating all hinges, he said that was it and pulled out his phone to take the payment. Literally it took him 3-5 minutes. Then I said, but did you check all the bolts because one of them came loose and I explained. His response was “yes, I checked all of them.”As I checked myself I found two loose bolts and showed him. I had to pull my own latter to for him to reach the bolts.Then he took the payment, asked me if I could give him a FIVE start review and left.Once he was gone, I found another loose bolt and had to tightened it myself. I also had to wipe out the lubricant that spilled because he couldn’t even do that either.Not the best experience!!!
