My car was stuck in the mud at a farm. I called my insurance for road side assistance. They sent someone out and the guy said he wouldn't do it. But then told me for $750 an hour that he could. I told him NO. I decided to google for other Tow companies on my own. Came across Alpha towing. I called and Masoud answer the phone. He didn't even ask what was going on. All he asked me was for my location. He came so quick and with a smile on his face too. So professional and friendly at the same time. He was able to get my car out. My tire popped an hour away from their location and they drove out fast (I think his name was Mike) he helped me put my spare tire on so I could just go meet my mom at Les Schwab. He also talked to me to clam be down since I was crying and stressing. Great experience 10/10 Less
