Just had the savoury waffles and they were super delicious! Gluten free, vegan, and full of the yummiest things - roasted veg, hummus, pesto, and much more. Also the tables surrounded by beautiful flowers made the perfect atmosphere for lunch. Sooo good. Can’t wait to go back!

Such a cute store with a great selection and everyone is so nice! The little cafe counter inside has a savory and sweet gf protein waffle, great smoothies, and drinks. Best place on Quadra for the gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan!

What a find Amped was!! We had delicious vegan waffles, a lovely chat with Veronica and purchased a couple of beautiful dishcloths hand-knitted by Veronica’s mum.Highly recommend a visit to Amped 🩷

Tastiest treats I have found all the way from California stopping at every health spot I saw. Molasses balls, matcha balls, hummus, coconut macaroons. Soooo good! Wow!

Like walking into a treasure chest of health, so much diversity. A cozy space packed with unique items, I discovered Coconut Butter! Ready to go healthy edibles and so much more! Prices are super reasonable, the staff is helpful and happy. One of those places that's operating from the heart of a passionate woman, Veronica easily stands behind the name! This is truly a beautiful diamond 💎 found on this amazing island called Quadra - a short ride on the ferry from Campbell River - for camping enthusiasts, this little gem of a Health Food Store will surprise you, with its great assortment of foodstuffs as well as delicious made-on-the-spot meals and savory healthy drinks to enjoy- I wouldn’t go to Quadra without stopping to visit Amped💖

I had their savoury waffle sandwich with a side of sprouted quinoa salad and it was delicious! I’m celiac, so it’s tough to find great waffles. These were amazing and I felt so energized after having it. Sad I live all the way in Victoria, otherwise I’d have it for lunch all the time if I could. Really nice staff and overall excellent experience :)
