I never got to meet the guy, he shows up when I'm not home as hard as I tried to get it done when I was there. They do there thing, take down a couple of dead limbs a from what I can tell 4 or 5 small live ones, clean up and leave within an hour. I get home, msg him that I'd like those 2 limbs down. He says nope, and goes on about the canopy etc. So it's pretty.much what HE wants, not what YOU want. I'll take the 2 limbs down myself I guess, but won't be using this company again. Seems like a nice enough guy and has several good reviews so ya, a little disappointed. Moral of the story is do NOT let them do anything until you've been able to meet in person and point out what you want done. It's your tree, your money your spending, so you should get what YOU want.
