I’ve been taking Salsa Level 1 classes at Vida Dance Company in the Bronx for just over a month now and so far I’m really enjoying the experience. The instructors are very thorough and always willing to answer your questions. They not only teach you the techniques but also explain the whys and how’s. I’ve been to a couple of schools and I feel like I’m going to break new ground at Vida. I would highly recommend them!

I enjoy Vida dance lessons. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, making each session both educational and fun. I love the combination of music, exercise and learning new dance steps. Most students are supportive and cooperative, often helping one another by keeping count to assist both themselves and their partners. The camaraderie within the group creates a welcoming and motivating environment. Vida dance classes are great overall. Aside from a few students, my experience has been very positive, and after communicating with the manager, I’m confident the issue will be resolved very quickly.

Tengo mi hija, cogiendo clase de salsa, nunca había bailado salsa la primera vez sin darnos cuenta fuimos a la clase equivocada a nivel dos mi hija se quedó el nivel dos y ha aprendido muchísimo. Los profesores son excelentes y los dueños también enseñan con pasión y dedicación a sus estudiantes .A mi hija le encanta luego va a coger clases de bachata .

Since I joined the studio, not long ago I love it. My classes are usually with Benji and Brandon on Saturdays. I take their shines and partner work classes a full workout for the soul and and the body. I like how the classes are broken down in pieces to then bring a whole combination together. It has been a great experience, fun and challenge, above all the teachers are professionals and have a lot of experience and there is a great vibe all around.

You don’t need any experience!!! Rare to find an actual beginners class that is fun, informative, and not embarrassing!! would recommend to anyone trying out latin dance
