I tried the red light therapy for the first time and it was wonderful! I felt like I was at the beach! They combine the Halo Therapy with RL and it really knocks it out of the park! I’m not a person who relaxes easily but they really have it set up to work magic ! Even the front desk personTabitha, was so calm and soothing the way she spoke. I asked her a few questions and she gave me a thorough explanation. Thank you Tabitha and Lake Norman Salt Spa for a great experience!

This is such a relaxing place to be! It’s helped me so much with my allergies and cleared my sinuses in only one visit. It’s a very calming, quiet atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful! :)

Definitely felt a difference in my congestion after the session I fell asleep immediately was a bit cool but understandable for this service will come again. Staff was so nice.
