It was a pleasure working with Steve and Tricia. We met them several years ago at an open house wasting time on a Sunday afternoon. When they were finished with the open house they came to our house to give us an idea of what we could get for ours. We were impressed by Steve and Tricia from our first meeting. We were selling the family home after 49 years and mom was a bit stressed about it. Steve and Tricia came prepared with comps, explanations, and information that put mom at ease. They went out of their way to make the process as minimally stressful for her as possible, while keeping us all informed throughout the process. Tricia hand delivered offers to mom so she would have hard copies instead of trying to understand everything on the computer, and was also with her when she had to sign documents with the notary. Tricia was always available to answer questions, and we feel they went above and beyond in marketing the house, including handing out about 100 fliers to neighboring residents. This is the first time I've worked with Steve and Tricia and what a pleasure it was. I had a of property down in Santa Monica and wasn't sure whether to sell it or rent it. Steve took me on a tour of properties that were similar to the one I had which gave me a good sense of what was going on in the market. We settled on a price of $1 million and I placed it on the market on a Friday. Steve and Tricia held to open houses. One Saturday and Sunday and on Monday morning I had an offer for $1,080,000 all cash with a 2 week escrow. They did a great job negotiating the price and I don't believe I would've gotten that much without them. After the sale they stood behind me every step of the way. Steve called me every day with updates about what was going on with the escrow. He kept me in the loop and took care of all the details required to close the escrow. I forgot to mention that I was on vacation in Hawaii at the time this escrow was taking place. Steve actually went into the unit and added the smoke detectors and carbon dioxide detector required by law. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. What a pleasure to work with and a great team.
