When they were finished with the open house they came to our house to give us an idea of what we could get for ours. We were impressed by Steve and Tricia from our first meeting. We were selling the family home after 49 years and mom was a bit stressed about it. Steve and Tricia came prepared with comps, explanations, and information that put mom at ease. They went out of their way to make the process as minimally stressful for her as possible, while keeping us all informed throughout the process. Tricia hand delivered offers to mom so she would have hard copies instead of trying to understand everything on the computer, and was also with her when she had to sign documents with the notary. Tricia was always available to answer questions, and we feel they went above and beyond in marketing the house, including handing out about 100 fliers to neighboring residents.
