We settled on a price of $1 million and I placed it on the market on a Friday. Steve and Tricia held to open houses. One Saturday and Sunday and on Monday morning I had an offer for $1,080,000 all cash with a 2 week escrow. They did a great job negotiating the price and I don't believe I would've gotten that much without them. After the sale they stood behind me every step of the way. Steve called me every day with updates about what was going on with the escrow. He kept me in the loop and took care of all the details required to close the escrow. I forgot to mention that I was on vacation in Hawaii at the time this escrow was taking place. Steve actually went into the unit and added the smoke detectors and carbon dioxide detector required by law. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.
