Derek and his team did a great and timely job! Very communicative and explained what was going on. We had a second-floor bathroom leak into a downstairs bedroom with plaster walls and ceilings. They were able to open it up, find the leak, quickly repair it and then close it all up. There were three different textures on the walls and ceiling and they were able to blend it very nicely. Better than I was expecting actually. This is the second job I have done with them and would highly recommend!!

We initially hired Fogarty Homes, LLC for what we thought would be a one-time project: tiling an outdoor patio and installing a kitchen backsplash. From the moment we met Derek and his team, we knew we had found something special. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of craftsmanship were exceptional. The patio tiling was beautifully finished and built to last. The kitchen backsplash exceeded our expectations with precise cuts and seamless installation. We were so impressed with Derek and his team that what started as a single project turned into an ongoing partnership.Over the following months, we called them back for increasingly complex projects, including two complete bathroom remodels, floor installations, tile installation on an upstairs balcony, and finally, a custom hardwood staircase. We chose Derek to handle a remodel of our kitchen and our two bathrooms. This was the first time we have ever done anything on this scale and to say I was nervous was an understatement - especially because once you tell people you are starting a renovation, they share every horror story you can possibly imagine! Well, it turns out that all of my worry was a complete waste of time. Derek and his team are absolutely incredible!! They are efficient, meticulous and honest. The work was done on time, on budget and to the highest standard. I am overjoyed with the result. And on top of the fact that he and his team do top notch work, Derek is a genuinely wonderful human being and all around nice guy. We worked with Derek on a complete remodel of our primary bathroom. It was a complex project that required a complete layout change for plumbing and electrical and precision it a tight space. Derek worked tirelessly with our designer to get us a perfect result. He was communicative, on-time, and on budget even when we ran into surprises during demo. When a few small concerns popped up, he was quick to address them. We had no concerns about having him and his crew having access to our home while we were at work or on a trip. They left everything extremely clean from start to finish. Derek’s eye for design and experience was invaluable, and he worked seamlessly with our designer. I was looking for someone to renovate my bathroom and make it accessible for my elderly mother. A friend recommended Derek Fogarty. I’m so glad we went with him. The bathroom renovation was done quickly and in budget. When I made some last minute changes, Derek was very flexible and helped to achieve the look I was going for.
