I’m in my 70s and keep a busy schedule, but have never worked out before. Indoor and outdoor tasks involving bending, squatting, and lifting had become increasingly slow and difficult.I started working out with Sean 4 months ago, requesting help with mobility, muscle strength, and balance. I now feel better, can get up and down better, and have increased my skeletal muscle mass to 37.8%! (For women 55+, 28%+ is considered high; for all active adults, 38%+ is considered high). Not bad for this formerly wimpy grandma!Sean tailored each workout for my specific needs, but listened and adapted as needed. So, I highly recommend him. But beware the murder ropes. (I think they are officially called battle ropes, but trust me on this one!)
