Promises that were made verbally were either ignored, changed, or never fulfilled. What should have been a straightforward professional resolution turned into weeks of excuses, delays, unanswered emails, and complete avoidance. One of the most alarming issues was what appeared to be recycled and aged leads being represented as fresh real-time leads. Multiple leads I received were exact duplicates of leads I had already previously received before, except the dates had allegedly been changed or refreshed. Considering they advertise nationally, receiving six of the exact same leads raised serious concerns immediately. To make matters worse, when I personally contacted several of the leads, they stated they had filled out the forms approximately two weeks earlier, directly contradicting the representation that these were real-time inbound leads. That completely undermined the value of what I paid for and raises major questions about the legitimacy and quality of the lead generation process. What makes this even worse is that the dispute and representations made to me were clearly documented through email communications and recorded Zoom calls. There was no confusion about what was discussed or promised. Despite that, the company still failed to properly resolve the matter and instead chose to ignore repeated follow-ups. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was forced to repeatedly chase updates, request responses multiple times, and ultimately dispute the charges through my credit card company because I could no longer trust that the issue would ever be resolved honestly. For a company operating in the financial industry, where trust and credibility are everything, this experience was unacceptable. In my opinion, this operation presents itself far more professionally online than what I personally experienced behind the scenes. I have extensive documentation, emails, duplicate lead records, and supporting evidence backing everything stated in this review. I genuinely attempted to resolve this privately before posting publicly, but after repeated delays and lack of accountability, I believe other business owners deserve to be warned and should use extreme caution before providing payment, sensitive business information, or entering into any agreement with this company.
