Geo ay Mayan const. Came in quickly, poured a concrete pad, partial retaining wall, fence posts, and set a new brick walkway. Lots of work and was done in 3 days. The price was great for all the hard work. Geo does great work. Thx again Geo.

Mayan Construction came through for me and built me a beautiful Firepit! I called them desperate as I needed it completed like yesterday and previous guy ghosted me out of the blue? I Called Mayan as pavers and turf guys were halfway done needing the Firepit completed for them to complete their job and Mayan construction came through!! Thank you! Thank you! We recently (spring 2024) had our back patio and side walkways running along the sides of the house in the backyard paved with stamped concrete by Geovany and his team from Mayan Construction, and there is no way we could be any happier with their extremely professional and highly skilled work!! We got quotes from other contractors, but Geovany worked with us to give us a very fair price and provided an extremely clear and detailed explanation of the process and what would be done, and he was likewise extremely open to and welcomed all questions and addressed all of them and any concerns we had with solid information and as thoroughly as possible. There were also no surprises in the contract and the price agreed upon for everything was truly what we paid. On the day the work began, he and his crew arrived early, and for the remainder of the week or so process they were always extremely punctual and carried out their work each day most efficiently, carefully and cleanly, and thoroughly. We were always kept extremely well informed about what was done each day and how things were going, and the job was completed within the timeframe we were told and assured that it would be. They also accommodated us on any changes we realized we needed during the project, and took great care in helping to relocate large plants from the area that was going to be paved, which is important to us as we spend a lot of time gardening and so wanted to keep those plants. From start to finish Geovany and his crew were extremely professional, hard working, efficient, careful, and thorough, resulting in a high quality finished product and absolutely beautiful patio and walkways that again we could not be happier with!! We know it was a job done right and will stand the test of time, and we are extremely happy we chose and entrusted Mayan Construction with this project. Geovany and his crew did an amazing job of turning our old and dingy pool into a beautiful retreat for our family. We have been putting this project off for some time but so glad that we found Mayan Construction to help us. We had concrete fixed, new tiles placed, some brick coping replaced, all the mastic replaced, and pebble tec put in. Like most projects we had our share of hiccups but Geovany tried to do everything in his power to work it out and put us back on track with the project. I am so very grateful for Mayan Construction. I no longer have a pool I am embarrassed of and can't wait to have our friends and family over to share our new awesome pool.

No need to look any further, Giovany and his team are awesome,they came out and took care of business with my front yard side garage extension with concrete and on the backyard side area concrete and the price is right. Looks much better than grass,they cleaned up very well.We're very pleased and satisfied with the outcome and looking forward to having them come back out for more work. Very professional guys worked on my patio slab. Money well spent with them. Reasonably priced for their professional work. Was ready in a couple days. I didn't have to worry about anything and they were VERY communicative which is important when I'm not home, it is nice to know the progress without having to constantly ask or nag. Overall, very happy with the outcome. A nice little touch, Giovany brought mini-ex toy for my son who loves them.

We had several quotes to have our sunken living room filled in and a slab poured in our back yard. Geovany and his crew were on time and very reasonably priced. They have excellent communication if they are even running a few minutes behind. Very honest and high quality work. I couldn’t believe how quickly they had this big job poured and finished. They were very clean and careful to ensure no concrete splattered on our walls or flooring. We are very happy with it and will definitely be using them again for future projects! Would give 6 stars if we could.

We reached out to Mayan to replace and expand our driveway. From estimate to finish, Geovany and his crew were prompt, professional, and efficient. In spite of the amount of work being done, at the end of each day the job site (a.k.a. our front yard) was left neat and clean. The finished product was better than expected, and even though the project was finished a few weeks ago, I still find myself standing out there admiring my new driveway.
