What can I say? Mandy exceeded ALL of my expectations. As a nervous first time homebuyer, I was worried about the entire process and how it would end up going (especially after hearing about some of my own friends' [not so great] experiences with their agents). So I just came on Zillow and request to see a property I was interested in, and the universe must have been smiling upon me that day.....because it turned out to be Mandy! She literally was there for me---just a text or phone call away---at every juncture. Whenever a glitch came up...or I was worried about something...or had a silly question, she always made herself available, was helpful (who am I kidding...she literally saved the day a couple of times!), and was a reassuring presence until the end. I cannot say enough about her, except that she's simply a wonderful realtor who is not only knowledgeable but incredibly efficient and just a pleasure to work with. I have never been around an individual that was so attentive to my needs! I met Mandy at an open house, I had almost given up !
