The last couple off years our returns started a process of becoming more complex with one of us fully retiring and the other semi retired and both staying active and diversified. I got worried with my system totally dying but got customer service to recover most files and LaTasha held my hand making me realize I really had most of the filing reports done. She was very calm, very professional as well as a pleasure to work with and get my yearly task done!
