Tabitha at Balloons by Tabitha provided exceptional service for a last-minute birthday balloon bouquet delivered to Montage Laguna Beach. She was extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and easily resolved a payment issue so the order went through smoothly.The bouquet was stunning, delivered right on schedule to the concierge, and included customized "To" and "From" details on the tag. She even sent photos of the arrangement before and after delivery for peace of mind, and the concierge called the creation "Pinterest worthy".
