It started with their friendly and attentive review of our needs (extensive wood repair and repainting) as they inspected our home’s exterior. After inspection, they provided a clear and competitive quote. They even recommended other work that should be done- window replacement - as something to complete prior to painting, even if that meant they’d have to wait to start the painting until after that other activity was done. Once we made the decision to go with Triangle Pro, they didn’t require any upfront payment, though I decided to pay a small deposit to get better scheduling once other work - deck repairs and new window installation - was completed. After I finally confirmed that we were ready, they had the crews scheduled to work on the house the immediate next week, and they had all of the work done in 5 days including power washing, carpentry/ repair, paint prep, paint match and all final painting and walk-around inspection. I appreciated the quickness of response, the initial assessment, and the easy handoff between stages of painting. The actual painting was super fast but most importantly, it is gorgeous. Every time someone comes to the house they say "whoa, this paint job is wonderful" or "those lines are ideal" - Obviously I love this, but the thing to know, is that our colors are dark and bold (black, dark green, light bright green, and light blue) so it's even better! I highly recommend working with this company and I now refer them out when people ask "who did the work." They did not have the lowest price, but their quote was detailed and their estimators were on time, took great care with measuring and making sure of the paint type and colors we wanted, and with scheduling a project date that fit our needs. The TPP paint crew came on schedule and began work promptly and on time. They worked steadily and were reasonably quiet. The TPP project managers, Laura and Jake visited the four day job several times and were very attentive to working out our need to access some areas (kitchen) during the prep and painting phase of the area. They were pros and undoubtedly work with those issues before, so the job moved along while we were able to access needed areas of our house. When the job was completed, Jake and Laura did a walk-through and had the painters correct any spots they noticed that were not perfect. Then they had a walk-through with us. If we were not completely satisfied with something, it was corrected. Simply put, the crew and managers at TPP provided an excellent service and we couldn't be happier with the way the job turned out. It's unfortunate, but our experience with some other painting companies have been less satisfying than we expected. Perhaps they should follow TPP's customer service model. Less

We had the interior of our home painted by Triangle Pro Painting. This was a big job - every inch of paintable space (with the exception of kitchen cabinets) across >3k sqft. Brandon, the owner of the company, came out to our home to give us a quote and that interaction alone sold the entire experience for us. He spent over 3 hours pulling together a comprehensive quote with photos, explanations, and notations. We could clearly tell he took pride in his work and that was based solely on a free quote. I received another quote from another company that was cheaper than Brandon's quote, but they spent a brief 25 minutes in our home and had quoted us a much cheaper quality paint. As with many things, you get what you pay for with painting, so we went with Brandon's team after fine-tuning the details of the job. We were going away to see family over the Christmas holiday, so we had them start work a week prior. We were conservatively quoted 2-3 weeks for a job of this magnitude, but somehow the Triangle Pro Painting team completed the entire job in a miraculous 10 days! When we did our final walkthrough, we were astounded by the quality of work, despite the speed at which the team accomplished the task. We were in our home in time for NYE! The Triangle Pro Painting experience is worth every penny and then some - I have never been so relaxed during a process that otherwise would have been incredibly stressful. As a final aside, TPP assigned us a Project Manager, EJ, who oversaw the entirety of our project start-to-finish. EJ was communicative at all hours, was professional, was kind, and was a stickler for details (as I am). He really cared about our home and the product of work he was representing. Their painting crew showed up right on time every day and were very professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs to prioritize which rooms to finish first. The crew leader went above and beyond with replacing light bulbs in our stairwell that we hadn't been able to reach previously, as well as doing extra caulking around windows that weren't included in our estimate. They moved all of our furniture, covered everything including the floors and were thorough in their prep work - patching, drywall taping/mudding and caulking. They did an exceptional job painting and it looks fantastic!! Our downstairs looks so bright and refreshing now. The crew did a thorough job cleaning up and moving our furniture back into place. The project manager came out to view progress on day 2 and to see if we had any concerns. The crew only needed 3 days to complete the work and the project manager was back the last day to do a walkthrough with us and to look for touch up areas. Only a few areas needed touch up. EJ kept us informed about every step of the process: What would happen, how long it would take, and how to contact him for follow-up. Francisco and Layla did an incredibly thorough job of prepping the cabinets, installing a spray booth in the garage for the doors and drawer faces, and putting up a containment barrier around the entire kitchen. You could tell that Francisco really takes pride in his work. The final paint job looked like glass or butter, as if the cabinets had always been that way. On our walkthrough, after Francisco and Layla had cleaned up thoroughly and carefully, the painters took care of some small things that we noticed. EJ noticed more than we did, and any small issues were corrected right away. An important thing about Triangle Pro Paining is that they have a 2-year warranty. That's important with any paint job, but especially with cabinets, because you're likely to find some tiny thing, and you're not going to want to do your own touchups and ruin that glass-like finish. In fact, we noticed some minor things after a few days, I texted EJ, and he got back to me within minutes letting me know when the team was available, and that everything would be taken care of. He was really helpful in describing what work would be done and I really liked that his estimate was itemized. Instead of "trim is X-amount" it was nice to be able to pick and choose what I thought needed to be done. "Gutters look fine, so not those, but you're right the base boards are peeling. Definitely keep that in." I'd already gotten a couple of quotes and so when theirs was less than what I was expecting and they offered a day-of signing discount I went for it. Worked out, they were actually able to start the next day and the team of three workers was able to finish the whole project in 4 days. Special shoutout to Javier and his team. He was friendly, helpful and cared a lot about the job. They went above and beyond, caulking every crevice of my spindle railings before painting and replacing rotting dutch-lap boards. What really impressed me was that instead of just painting the same way as previous jobs had done, Javier pointed out tweaks that would make the details of the house stand out more.
