We have been using Zunex for a couple of years now, and we've been watching the quality go down with each visit. Today's visit displayed the very reason we quit our last pest control company and joined with Zunex in the first place. I was at work, but was watching live from my home camera as the van pulled up. They arrived at 11:16 am, shuffled around in my driveway and in their van, talked and joked around with each other, threw some stuff around my yard, got back in their van at 11:24, and sat there for 5 minutes before driving off. I will say we asked them not spray a specific part of our front deck area, as we have a small vegetable garden growing, but that is a very small part of our yard, and all in pots. Other than that, we have a decent sized yard. It usually takes longer than 5 minutes to take care of it. This time of year we always have wasp issues, spider issues, and Zunex has always told us we supposedly have rodent issues - every visit in the past, the bait station has been "heavily" messed with, but this time the tech reported it was untouched. Which, great! But was it even checked? The granules for ticks and fleas that we pay for were thrown haphazardly, unlike the job I've watched Zunex do before. We have pets and small children, so this is important to us to have taken care of.I'm disappointed with this visit. Now we're discussing whether or not we should continue with Zunex or shop around. Neither of us are always available to be home during the day to ensure the job is done correctly, but for the money that we're paying for the service, this was definitely not worth it.

Update 2: Joey showed up to perform the service today, friendly and professional as always - he listened to my concerns and told me his plan to address them. Been having Zunex service my home now for 3 ish years and they are consistently excellent.Update 1: Joey came today - did a great job, was professional and quick. Took the time to check in with me on any concerns I might have (I had none) and went to work.Original: Zunex continues to do a thorough job - before starting this service we had a rat issue, an abundance of flies in the backyard, ants each summer in the kitchen, and we kept getting wasp nests in the front each summer as well; none of these are an issue anymore. Professional and friendly/good natured employees complete the service quickly each time! Great job!

Have used Zunex for three years now with very scant evidence of pests. Recently saw 3 mites & 1 small spider within 10-day period, and they came out within a week at no extra charge.The technician sprayed around my house and sprayed in spots within my house Was something that didn’t leave a trace or even a smell. It was also easy and an intrusive.

We recently started using Zunex pest control for our home in Davis county. If you know the area mosquitos are a huge problem and we’ve seen great improvement since having them come out. They are timely and easy to work with. Happily recommend them to anyone I know.
