Robert was my Zunex technician, today.He was very friendly, We had a couple of requests, that he happily made.I recently had a Pest Control salesperson, come to my door, and was prepared to give me the same service, at a cheaper rate. I told him that I wasn't interested. Once you find a friendly, efficient service, that does their job well, why would I want to switch. This is a great company, y'all.

Josh did a great job taking care of the wasp issue we had been putting all our effort into trying to fix. We tried four different over-the-counter sprays, including two traps, and nothing helped! After just one treatment, they were GONE instantly. I’m stoked! I regret not reaching out sooner. Highly recommend!!!

No amount of communication works with this company, not only did they fail to get rid of the pests I experience but no matter how many time I ask them not to come at 8 in the morning and they say no problem we will come between 1 and 3 PM they still come at 8 in the morning. That is when they do come, their technician Robert 100% lied about coming to my house on Tuesday, claiming he knocked real loud 5x within an elapsed time of 15 minutes. I was home all day with kids and a dog all of which would have noticed if he did show up, he did not, but he certainly lied about it.

Always do a great job keeping the little buggers out of our house. After being invaded a year or so ago- starting in January yet- they come every 3-4 months. Always good communication. If I don’t need I can reschedule for later. When Josh is finished he always stops by with what he’s done or seen. Good guy!
