I am very pleased with how this entire process went. I’d been in contact with the owner for nearly a year trying to decide what was best for my project, as Johan gave me several options on preferred brands of split units. The team showed up promptly on the installation day, they worked and did not mess around the installation was quick. They cleaned up afterwards and explained everything to me about the unit, the remote. I’d definitely recommend this company. I will definitely refer them to any family or friends looking to find a good contractor for Air/Heating services and/or purchase.

Johan and his crew were very professional. They arrived early, respected our carpets by laying out matts, and wearing booties. They let us know what they were doing each step of the way. They also respected having to go on top of our neighbors roof to get to our roof to install the system. The product itself has worked flawlessly. After the install they walked us through the mini split system and everything. Would recommend this company to everyone.

We had a great experience with Caceres Air Solutions. Johan was our main contact and made everything easy from start to finish. Super responsive, clear communication, and no guessing games.We previously only had heat and no AC, so this was a huge upgrade. They came out to Orange County, handled all permits, coordinated the HERS test and city inspection, and completed the full HVAC install plus electrical in one day. Johan also set us up with a smart thermostat, which has been a game changer.The new unit is way quieter than expected and much slimmer and cleaner than a lot of the older units in our complex. I love that it’s tucked away and not loud or ugly.Overall, smooth process, fair pricing, and really solid work. If you want an stress-free HVAC install, I’d absolutely recommend Caceres Air Solutions and working with Johan!

They put down furniture blankets where they would be walking, to protect the floors and wear gloves to protect painted walls. They do not try to upsell you. They make calculated recommendations for your home needs and financial budget. They definitely exceeded my expectations with the heating and air A/C install.
