After trying multiple gyms and doing several 6-week challenges, I can honestly say this is the first place where I’ve felt truly supported and seen real results.The support here is incredible. I’ve been doing PT sessions with Carlie and will definitely be continuing, as well as small group sessions and other classes with Blue. They both go above and beyond every single time. The exercises are always customised to what you’re comfortable with, so you never feel overwhelmed or out of your depth.What really stands out is that the support doesn’t stop when the class ends. I was given specific exercises to do at home to help with posture, stiffness, and the areas I was struggling with. That extra care has made such a difference. For the first time ever, I am seeing results — I went from not being able to squat or do lunges properly to getting centimetres close to the floor!The 8pm classes are also a huge bonus, as I can attend after work without stress. And the staff’s understanding and support around women’s health issues is incredible — I finally feel heard and guided in the right way.I’m only one month in and already seeing results, which I’ve never experienced before. What a find! I have just finished my 6 week trial and have absolutely loved it and have now signed up as a permanent member. I have tried so many gyms over the years but nothing compares to Bemore. Every single class is fun, all the instructors are super motivating and everyone is so encouraging. Having issues with my knees I need to be careful especially not having exercised for years but all the instructors are really knowledgeable and offer alternative exercises. In only 6 weeks I have seen huge results so I am looking forward to seeing my progress over the next few months and longer!

“Bemore is the most inclusive women’s gym I’ve ever joined. From day one, you’re met with energy, encouragement, from trainers who genuinely care about your progress. After completing the 6‑week group PT programme, I now attend classes 3–4 times a week—they’re such fun you barely notice how hard you are working, but definitely notice how much fitter and stronger you’re getting. When I initially read about the 6 week trial, I hesitated a lot before starting as I was not sure if I would be motivated enough to commit fully. However, after several discussions with Carlie and some gentle persuasion from her, my mind was made up and I signed up for the 6 week trial.I joined Bemore as I needed motivation to keep myself fit and in shape. Since I started in October 2025, I have had no regrets and I am so grateful to Carlie for giving me that push to actually get started. Bemore offers a whole range of fitness classes and has a lot of different exercise equipment. I enjoyed every single class that I picked.During the 6 week trial, even my family and friends noticed a huge difference in my shape amd fitness and this built up my confidence and motivated even more to continue. By the end of the 6 week trial and when I had my assessment, I was able to see the difference myself as clothes that I could not fit into before then now fit and my weight had clearly dropped. This was the deciding factor for me and I have now become a permanent member.Bemore is not just about the fitness classes. All of the staff that I have met such as Carlie, Nat, Blue and Martina are all really nice and friendly and together with all of the members, it is like a little family. The studio is always a very pleasant environment to walk into and enjoyable to exercise in and most importantly, it is a good break away from the kids.Anyone who is on the fence thinking whether to join or not like how I was, I would say to try it out, you won't be disappointed.

It is not just a space where you workout, it's so much more than that- it's a whole community. 5 stars 🌟 I joined the 6-week kick start programme at the end of October. Yes, I wanted to loose weight but I also wanted to regain my confidence in the gym (having been away from structured exercise for a few years) and mostly I wanted to get strong & fit. I was so happy at the end of the 6 weeks that I joined up for full membership. There is an amazing choice of classes, some definitely tougher than others and if you really want to push yourself you can. While I sometimes find the classes hard, I never give up and always arrive home with a big smile on my face & a huge sense of achievement 😊☺️😄 Everyone is so friendly and there is a real sense of community. If you are on the fence about joining, give it a go! What have you got to loose and you might even amaze yourself! Even after such a short time I can't imagine Be More not being part of my life. I found bemore as I was searching for something different. I was in a rut and needed change mentally and physically. I dont do well in gyms and after reading up on Bemore and how they are a woman's only gym and provide classes I gave it a go. I was very nervous my first lesson and the 3 weeks that followed were tough as my body adapted. I am so glad I joined. Everyone supports one another. The trainers push you and will adapt exercises if needs be. Joining bemore has been one of the best things I did in 2025 and the positive change it had on my mental health has been the best thing of all.So, if you are also looking for something different give Bemore a try!

I joined the 6-week Kick Start program at Be More in mid-November with the aim of easing back into fitness after a long break due to having three children, and to focus on building strength and toning.The gym offers a great mix of large group classes, and I’ve also taken part in the small group PT sessions. Every session is challenging in the best way, and in just six weeks I already feel stronger, more energised, and genuinely happier.Be More is an ideal space for women of all fitness levels who want a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment to train in. My mindset has completely shifted in these past weeks, and I’m excited to continue progressing after signing up as a permanent member.

I Have just completed the 6 week starter program - loved it from the first minute and have signed up to continue, ongoing.The instructors are brilliant and really encourage you to work hard and make the most of your sessions. A great mixture of class types and times to suit all. Highly recommend trying it out for at least 6 weeks you will not regret it!

I cannot believe how lucky I got with this gym! Both Carlie and Nat are unbelievable trainers and supporters. The community itself are so warm and welcoming and the best part is that it’s a women’s only gym! I highly recommend people to do the trial to see what is offered, you will surely join once you try it!

I’ve just finished my trial month at Bemore and have loved it so much. Great instructors, the gym is brilliant with lots of equipment and the schedule has a wide selection of classes at good times. Definitely planning to join and looking forward to improving my fitness and trying new classes.

I have just finished the 6 week program and it was brilliant. I have never been a fan of gyms but this program was great! The classes are very well planned out and it is a really friendly and encouraging environment. Couldn’t recommend Be More enough!

There are a variety of classes to choose from, with flexible times that can fit around any schedule. The sessions are kept small, which means the trainers are able to give everyone the attention and support they need to reach their goals.The community is amazing—everyone is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. That said, it’s not a walk in the park. The workouts will push you, and you’ll quickly learn just how long one minute can feel:) But the results speak for themselves, and the sense of accomplishment is amazing.

I started with the six week trial in March and got hooked, and I am now a member.I could not recommend this gym more.Friendly and welcoming.Great staff that help and encourage you and kick your butt which is what most of us need every now and then.Good range of classes and times.Don’t hesitate to sign up it will be the best thing you can do for yourself physically and mentally.
