It was raining really hard on New Year's Eve and water began dripping from the light fixture above our kitchen table. We put a container on the table to catch the water. I climbed the attic access ladder in the garage just a few feet from the kitchen to see if could tell where the roof was leaking. That's when I saw the gas furnace duct to the roof vent had broken open. So the roof's leaking, water is dripping through an electrical circuit, and we're possibly venting carbon monoxide into the attic. Yippie...My wife recalled a Nextdoor post about Big 6 Homes' repair services, so she called for help. Jeremy came out on New Year's Day to see what was up. He resealed the roof vent for the furnace that seemed to be the source of the leak, and repaired the exhaust duct. We had been wanting to make some exterior repairs, so we ask him for a quote. Over the following week he completed all the repairs per plan and budget.Jeremy was professional and respectful, his quote was logical and reasonable, and he performed quality work in a timely manner. And as an added benefit, he kept us updated throughout with texts advising work status and his coming and going. We'll definitely call him again!
