We absolutely love our new media wall by Bespoke Living rooms. The room felt very dark before and now feels lighter and more modern. We were worried about having less room but it actually feels like we now have more room by having the TV in the wall with the storage underneath. Also, without having the TV stand in the corner anymore, this now creates more room and a more streamline finish. Dillan was very helpful throughout the process. He helped with the design and his customer service skills are excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He checked in and updated us regularly to check that we were happy. Honestly the best customer service experience we have received from tradesmen. The workmanship was excellent and has been finished to a really good standard. If you are thinking of having a new media wall, we would definitely recommend Bespoke Living Rooms. Thanks again 😊

From design to installation everything has been professional & personal.Design is bespoke and tailored to your room, you have a large range of textures and colours to choose from so can complement any colour scheme.Once we had finalised the design the installation was booked at a time convenient to us, communication in the run up to installation date was second to none.The installation was seamless, started and finished on time.Not the cheapest on the market but quality never is, we are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend.

We wanted to completely refresh our living space so requested a visit from Bespoke. Dillan and his dad Darrell (nice to see a family business actually is a family business) came out to measure, design, consult and quote. The choice was kinda mind blowing but we felt comfortable with the suggestions and within a few days we decided on a scheme. It was very reassuring to be able to see so many examples of previous work and the quality and price looked good so we took the plunge. We had to juggle the dates and they were great working with us to fit in around other works. The team arrived on time, where polite and quickly got on with their work, three days later we were left with what we feel is the most beautiful living space! The attention to detail (even sorting the tiniest snag my ocd brain found) is second to none and it’s taking some time to adjust to the fact that our living space is so damn good!! We now have a clean, tidy, spacious area to enjoy (just in time for the masters) and we honestly couldn’t be happier. We are gettting bespoke back to do some units in our kitchen diner we where that impressed. Pictures don’t do it justice and I’ll try upload some more when the rest of the room is done, I don’t often take the time to write reviews but felt compelled as these guys really are the real deal. Great product, great design and great people. Thankyou.

We couldn’t be happier with our new media wall it has completely transformed our living room!Before, the space felt quite mismatched as we’d just moved into our first home and were using second-hand furniture, including an old TV stand that didn’t really suit the room. We’d seen bespoke media walls online and loved the idea, but weren’t sure what would work best.The design phase was brilliant. Dillan came out with samples, showed us examples of his work and really took the time to understand what we wanted. He measured everything carefully and managed to bring our vision to life even when I changed my mind part way through, he happily adjusted the design. He also thought of all the little details, like what TV boxes we had, how the wiring would work and adding hidden sockets so everything could be neatly tucked away.The installation team were just as impressive. They worked really hard over the three days, kept everything spotless and were so tidy throughout. They kept us updated and checked in regularly to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.What really stood out to us was how much they genuinely care. You can tell they take real pride in their work and aren’t just there to do a job and take your money, they truly care about their customers and making sure everything is perfect.The final result is even better than we imagined. The finish is amazing and it’s completely changed the feel of our room. We’d highly recommend Dillan and the team!

Our living room felt dated with a gas fire place in the middle of the wall, where we ideally would want a TV. We looked around for a while at different companies, as we wanted guidance with designing the room to best suit our needs and the space, as well as handling capping the gas in one-go.Dillan and the team were fantastic and we can’t recommend them enough. They were responsive with booking an initial design session. Dillan talked us through a vision for the room, looking at their design portfolio in detail, and assisted with material samples. This really helped us to create a picture of what was possible.The quality of the service throughout the process was great. Keeping us updated on the process and discussing any next steps. There was a small issue with the fireplace on installation, which the team were efficient in organising a visit from the fire company to attend, which removed the hassle from us.We now have a stunning and modern media wall that we love, as well as all our friends and family. My living room was very outdated with a marble fireplace and standard electric fire. I felt the room needed modernising and I chose to do that with a media wall.I searched and searched for media walls online but there wasn’t any that stood out for me until I found bespoke media walls. I wanted something modern that would age well, keep up with current trends as well as being robust, made with top quality materials with low maintenance for upkeep.I had an idea of what I wanted but that changed when Dillan the designer came round to show me their portfolio. With his guidance, experience and expertise, he guided me to what he thought would showcase my media wall in the best possible way. I’m so glad I was open to listening and guidance because I think I would have regretted my original choice.The team arrived promptly a few weeks later and I have to say, I’ve never witnessed a more hardworking team than these lads. They were extremely polite and fully respected my home and did a great clear up after wards.My media wall has totally transformed my living room into modern times. I just need to decorate and paint the room now. Everybody that sees it has just one word to say first..WOW!! It really does have that WOW factor. Myself and my husband cannot honestly pick one fault with the workmanship. It’s to an extremely high level of perfection and precision.If you want a top quality media wall that differs from rest with a reasonable price range, then I highly recommend this company.

So our living room prior to starting work was very tired and it was long due an overhaul. The old hat telly on a stand with set tops boxes and wires everywhere needed sorting. We knew we wanted a media wall and searched for the right people to do it. We researched designs and had a good idea what we wanted. Most designs seemed to involve a stud wall type construction and plaster/paint finish. While they do look good we were presented an alternative option by Bespoke Living Rooms. It was a more expensive option but we wanted something unique and we were led to believe the luxury board finish would be a great choice and was in line with what we wanted. This is a key point; pictures and 3d renders do not do it justice. It’s hard to explain but believe me seeing it in the flesh so to speak is the only way to really appreciate how good it is.From a design consultation to every day carrying out the job, the team of installers were on time. Their attention to detail and the accuracy of the install is something that stand out. On finishing the job the rubbish was picked up, no waiting around for that.Biggest issue I had was committing to parting with a lump of money as a deposit and having faith that we would get value for money. I wasn’t disappointed, the finish is top drawer. I hope this review gives the reader some confidence if they are considering a media wall with Bespoke Living Rooms.Very happy with it. Now for decorating, new carpets and suite to finish off the room!Thanks guys, chuffed to bits with it 🙌
