From the initial design visit right through to the final installation, the entire process was incredibly professional.Our living room was completely outdated, and we wanted a modern, bright, and space-saving solution. I was initially worried that a media wall would take up too much room and make the lounge feel smaller, but it has done the exact opposite—the room actually looks and feels much more spacious!Pictures really don’t do it justice; it is absolutely stunning in person. My wife and I spent hours upon hours searching online and through social media looking for the perfect mediawall for our living room.After searching and speaking to several Media Wall Specialists we felt that Bespoke Living Rooms (Now rebranded as LIVN BESPOKE) same company just a rebrand were the company for us. They are a family business and what a fantastic family business these guys are.From the very first phone call with Dillan we knew this was the right company for us.They were very clear on the process from booking right through to completion and everything was explained amazingly.We didn’t want your average plasterboard/painted mediawall. We wanted something very special, something that we would love for years to come and from some previous work they sent us photos of, we knew we wanted these guys to do ours.We booked the appointment with Dillian, Dillian turned up on the agreed day and time, he was very friendly and also very professional.He sat with us and listened to what we was looking for, he listened, took notes, measured everything up and said he just needed a few days to do some designs.As promised a few days later, we had the designed sent over and they were fantastic.We also wanted a particular fire, one that was very realistic and Dillan knew exactly which one we wanted and he gave us a great price on this so we purchased this through them.We were happy with the whole design but we couldn’t make our mind up on the colours, Dillan phoned us and said he would bring all of the samples back as he wanted us to be 100% happy with the choices. As promises, he came back, no pushiness, he actually helped as he put several colours together and helped us narrow it all down to the one we finally chose.Thanks so much for that again Dillan 👍🏻It was explained that ours was a very bespoke and also large build so would need 4 days to complete. We were happy with this, We agreed the date, paid the deposit and Dillan confirmed we were all booked in.We received a text the evening before to confirm the works starting the following morning.The team (Darrell & Brandon) arrived on the day/time they said they would and they were very respectful of our home, took shoes off so they wouldn’t dirty the floor whilst they put some fantastic floor coverings down.They were very friendly but you could also tell these guys knew exactly what they were doing, they got straight into it.It was amazing to see the build take shape and Darrell & Brandon always asked if I wanted things doing a certain way with the build to ensure I was happy before the carried anything out.Would I choose this company to do work for us again.. We wanted a media wall to make the room more organised and to look more modern. We tried some of the big names but they were ridiculously expensive and not too good on service. Then we found Bespoke... they are honestly the best set of workmen we have ever dealt with. They did what they said they would, on time and to such high standards. From design to completion it was an absolute joy. They clearly take pride in what they do and the finished room looked exactly like the design they gave us. Can't recommend them highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Class from Start to Finish!We first contacted Bespoke Living Rooms in late 2025 during a renovation project after their socials caught my eye. From that very first interaction, they’ve been phenomenal.Dylon came out to give us a quote on a Sunday, turning up with his tablet and a bag of samples. During the consultation, he guided us away from a standard plaster design toward a high-quality, truly bespoke option. I was a bit hesitant at first, but once we saw the final designs, we knew we had to invest a bit more and just go for it. Best decision we made!Our building work took a little longer than expected, so we had to delay things for a bit, but they were incredibly accommodating. Build day finally came on Monday, May 18th.Daryl and Brandon arrived at 8:15 AM on the dot as arranged and got straight to work. They were here for three days, plus a couple of hours on day four to wrap things up (shoutout to Pete as well, who joined them on day three!).Their professionalism was an absolute breath of fresh air, especially because during that exact same week, we’d had nothing but hassle from other companies. We were actively battling with Sky Mobile, and a major nationwide furniture retailer had just turned up completely empty-handed without our order, only to return a few days later with a faulty one. Dealing with Bespoke Living Rooms was the complete opposite—stress-free and flawless.The attention to detail? Unrivalled. Quality of execution? Unrivalled. The finished product? Absolutely unrivalled. Their attitude, the care they took around our house, and their work ethic were all 100%. I’ve attached a few pictures of the final product, though I swear it looks so perfect it doesn't even look real!To top it all off, their refuse collection team arrived exactly as planned on Saturday at 9:00 AM and cleared every last bit of waste from the site, leaving the place spotless.I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend these guys or use them again for future projects. We absolutely love our new media wall it has totally transformed our lounge. After having quotes from a few other companies we decided we didn’t want a plastered look and we wanted to be able to see exactly what it would look like before we went ahead so we booked a design appointment with Dillan. He came out to show us colour samples and gave us some advice on what size of TV and fire would look best for the size of room. He also listened to what we wanted in terms of storage space and came up with a design that we were happy with. We were given a quote on the day and then a couple of days later we received a full design plan with dates and timings. It took 3 days for Brandan and the team to complete. They arrived on time, worked really hard and is high quality craftsmanship. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We just need a new sofa, flooring etc to complete the look.

We worked together on a concept, and Dillan took all the ideas away to create a bespoke design. With a few minor tweaks, we soon settled on the media wall we wanted.They kept informed and updated throughout the design period, and Daryl and his team arrived as expected to start the build. There attention detail for the entire build was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and any minor design changes were incorporated without any issue. They were punctual and professional throughout, and the final price was as quoted with no hidden extras.The end result exceeded our expectations and turned a boring, bland wall into something special. We are extremely happy with the work from inception to completion, and would definitely recommend Bespoke Living Rooms to anybody wanting a media wall with a difference.

Every member of the team was respectful of our property, hardworking, and clearly passionate about delivering a high level of service.I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for,” and this project absolutely reaffirmed that belief. They weren’t the cheapest quote we received, but the quality of the materials, workmanship, and overall finish completely justified the cost. In my opinion, it was still excellent value for money.The job was completed within the agreed timeframe, all rubbish was removed, everything was left clean and tidy, and we genuinely have no complaints at all. We absolutely love the media wall - every guest who visits comments on it, and we’ve already had people asking who carried out the work.It feels far more like high-end fitted furniture than your average plasterboard media wall.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium product backed by outstanding service.
