⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We are extremely pleased with the work completed by San Antonio Remodeling! This was a major renovation of my parents' home, which they have owned for more than 40 years and had very few updates since they purchased it. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, full bathroom and shower renovations, new flooring throughout (carpet and LVP), ceiling and drywall repairs, and both interior and exterior painting. Practically every inch of the house needed attention.We chose San Antonio Remodeling after receiving five other bids because their estimate was the most thorough, transparent, and reasonably priced. Roy Montana was our main point of contact from beginning to end, and he exceeded our expectations. He was professional, honest, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. He was even on-site to help coordinate repairs when the city accidentally cut the home's main water line during unrelated sidewalk work.Since I live out of state, Roy made managing the project incredibly easy. The team provided an online portal where they regularly uploaded progress photos, which gave us peace of mind and kept us informed throughout the renovation.They worked hard to stay within our budget, clearly explained any necessary change orders, and presented multiple options at different price points without ever pressuring us into unnecessary upgrades. Their communication was outstanding, their craftsmanship was excellent, and they never cut corners.Our family is incredibly grateful to San Antonio Remodeling for transforming this home.
