She use dirty combs. And supplies. Not hot water to wash your hair. My hair was itching terrible after 2 days. If I could give 0 I would

Completed hair style was very nice price was reasonable.

I was told to come at 5 and then waited for 2 hours only to get a hairstyle that I didn’t even want and then after all this still charged me $220 for the hair. Very unprofessional, a complete waste of money and time. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your money here. The lady is so rude too. After making me wait.... More

I was in there waiting for an hour for another braider and she never showed up and I wasn’t even notified

The shop was old and run down. I received 6 straight back braids. My hair was fuzzy. The braids were messy and different sizes. She tried to gel it down. Not very talented. To top it off she charge more than other shops. I was trying to support a business in my area. Bad decision!!!!... More

Instead of saying no and/or keeping appointment times they’ll have you outside the store on Greenmount looking dumb or have you call them back at an hour when they are closed! I’ve given them a number of chances to prove that they were professional and they have FAILED tremendously every time. They also talk about you while doing your hair. This is the worst salon I have ever been to I took my daughter and we both got long braids which aren't long like normal salons the shop smelled terrible and my braids started falling out a week later my daughter fell out in two days the people are nice but there work isn't the best find another shop unless you find with wasting 200-500 dollars that month...
