Edit:We sold a house with Lisa and as we expected from our buying experience, it went very smoothly despite some hiccups here and there (not her fault). She was so quick during negotiations, we had a contract in place within about 48 hours of listing. Very pleasedSo glad we found Lisa! We started looking at houses over a year ago and ended up pausing our search for 6 months or so. She was very patient although we felt bad that she had put a lot of effort into showing us houses and we stopped. When it was time to look again, she was ready to pick up where we left off. After walking a lot of houses, we found one that could work. She helped through the offer process and after that one fell through (not her fault) we finally landed on one and closed the other week.
