I used Axum for two new home pest inspections. Kris has been up front and very communicative in the entire process. Since I’m buying from out of state and unable to make it the appointments personally, I’ve been very dependent on my inspectors. Axum has made reports and provided quotes for any repairs. Axum has everything automated so they reach out when it is time for treatment. This is a convenience I appreciate so it is one less thing I have to keep up with to schedule. Chatting through what is going on before treatment to see if adjustments need to be made are easy. With details about the treatment done to my home included with my invoice via email, I can easily keep paperless information. Thank you for a consistant pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Jessy Byrge is one heck of a tech. Took care of every concern I had and made sure that it was taken care of. Got everything I was looking to have done way cheaper than others I have called. And the fact that he will pretty much be the only tech taking care of my home. I dont have to worry about who is comeing like I did with some of the others I had. I never knew who was going to show up. I love the thought of having the same person everytime it is time for my home to be sprayed.
