The Turf Pros met with me to set up the area where I wanted artificial turf. They measured the area and showed me samples of the turf. We selected the installation date. I just had turf put down by Turf Pros in my backyard and the experience was nothing short than AMAZING from start to finish!! 5 stars is honestly not enough!! I was told minutes into my initial interaction with Chris that they treat every customer and job like it is their own and can’t stand for less than perfection at every job and though a common line for anyone selling a service, Chris, Jameson, Kyle and the rest of the team were as true to that word as anyone I have ever had do work for me! They took as much time as needed to do a perfect job and didn’t just stop at the turf. They made sure the job was COMPLETE, including moving, readjusting and replacing my sprinkler heads to misters to ensure they touched all the arborvitae’s and shrubs around the yard and replaced all of the mulch around the perimeter of the yard to truly finish off the not just the turf that they were hired to install, but the entire backyard space!As said earlier, they can’t leave a job at less than perfect. Before I got home after they finished installing, Chris called me to let me know when they layed down the turf, there was a random lime green line across a piece of it. I had trouble finding it when I got home, but regardless, after speaking about it with his team, the only option for them was to replace it. He had it delivered and replaced first thing the next morning.I can’t say enough about The Turf Pros team! If you are considering turf, first, just do it! Second, don’t do it with anyone but the Turf Pros team! If you don’t believe this review or you think it is exaggerated, ask Chris for my contact information and I would be glad to back it up! OMG! To say that Jameson and Chris did a phenomenal job is the understatement of the century. They transformed a lumpy, weed-infested disaster of a yard into a beautiful showplace! The ground is completely level now, not a weed in sight, and the Turf is unbelievably wonderful both to look at and walk on. We went from avoiding our yard to looking forward to being in it.
