When I first had a coaching session with Suzette, I was at the peak of my anxiety and restlessness, struggling with sleep issues that made me unproductive at work. It wasn’t until Suzette introduced me to the concept of being a heart-coherent employee that I began to see a shift in managing my stress. Through one-on-one coaching, I learned how to address my anxiety and improve my well-being. During the initial sessions, my HRV scores were consistently in the red, and I struggled to focus on my breathing.However, by following Suzette's guidance and applying her advice, I gradually improved my focus and stress management. After a few months, my HRV scores shifted from red to blue, reaching a 2.0 on the metrics. This coaching experience has been transformative for me, contributing significantly to my personal growth and ability to maintain a lower stress level.

In my professional career, it always seemed hit or miss to build, lead or integrate myself into a team that attained and maintained high performance. I have lived a stressful lifestyle due to the demands of life, and I reach out for help a year ago to Suzette West to reduce my stress and to peace. Ever since I've been working with Suzette, I have been able to reduce my stress levels and connect with my inner self. I am a substance abuse counselor, and I go into battle every day I go to work saving lives. Suzette is one of a kind. She has taught me to remember my heart centered awareness when making decisions about my business, inspired me to create my work with passion at the core.
