Complete window replacement throughout house in December 2025. Though stressful, as it was the holiday season, the process was positive throughout the experience. SunSmart exceeded our expectations.We discussed our needs with three companies deciding on SunSmart for the reasonable pricing, an informative website, and the exceptional conversation and ethics of the representative, Bill. His presentation was thorough and informative. He was respectful of our time and investment and of other competitors. No pushy sales or constant degrading of other companies. He clearly informed us of what the process entailed, possibilities for delays, and time frame. He also suggested various choices with cost, looks, and usability in mind. He answered our numerous questions with respect and patience. He was responsive to our further inquiries and concerns throughout the whole process, including stopping by weeks after the installation to check on our satisfaction.The two men who installed the 23 windows were respectful of our home. As this occurred very close to Christmas they even came, with our approval, Sunday afternoon to start the prep work to ensure that installation would be done in the next two days (it was). They were respectful of our home, answered our questions, and were very pleasant people to talk with. Clean up afterward was excellent.Though whole house window replacement at Christmas time may not be the wisest decision, SunSmart met the challenge (and we were fortunate not to have any delays for unforeseen problems with ordered windows or our aged house).We’re extremely satisfied with the look of the windows, the ease of use, the suggested changes, and the cleanup. I highly recommend SunSmart for their employees, their product, installation (thank you Carlos), and support throughout the window replacement process.

I worked with Bill on a very large and complicated window order. Bill worked extremely hard for my project and was gracious, professional, and sharp. He did lots of homework and was honest about what he could or couldn’t do. He doesn’t sell you dreams but he does always look for solutions.I can’t say enough good things about Bill and his company.
