I waited for a while before writing my review because I wanted to have a clear picture before I did. I came here in March of this year after an upsetting appointment with another clinic. Dr. Ali was kind, understanding and took the time to go through all of my options. As someone who has extremely high anxiety about the dentist this meant a lot to me. The clinic worked with me to figure out a budget and to work within the budget to get me the best results possible. I have seen Ben the hygienist twice so far and I think he is the best hygienist I have ever seen. I used to always demand freezing for my cleanings because everyone I saw caused me a lot of pain. Ben has cleaned my teeth twice with no freezing and no pain! He has always made me feel comfortable and does a great job on my teeth.So far I have had a couple of filings done, crown and bridge and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Dr. Ali, Ben and the rest of the great team at Viana Dental, I never would have been able to manage getting this work done. I am so incredibly happy with my results so far. For the first time in my life I walk into the dental office and I'm not terrified. Thank you to everyone there, you are all greatly appreciated.
