I will usually wait a little while to review a purchase this important, but Brent deserves his flowers RIGHT. NOW!First of all, the place is called “Mattress by APPOINTMENT”. My family just relocated from FL and with all of the rushing around, it didn’t hit us that we HAD NO APPOINTMENT! So we called the number on the sign and Brent just so happened to be 10 minutes away from the shop. He fit us in with no appointment and took genuine time to hear our story and offer sleep solutions.I’ll get started about the mattress quality on a minute. What you need to know is that Brent’s customer service is above and beyond expectations. Brent ensures that his 30+ years of knowledge on this industry is passed along to his buyers in a way that makes them feel empowered about their selections. He’s honest when something is necessary, and when something might be extra, he tells you that too. I was particularly impressed by his ability to fit in our delivery and install on the SAME DAY. Did I mention we had no appointment?Now here is the part where things go from amazing to absolutely STELLAR! We have slept on the mattress twice now and could really kick ourselves for not making this decision sooner. Brent’s selection initially looked slim, but that’s because it is a highly curated selection that Brent has spent years crafting. We selected his #1 best selling mattress. Euro-top, cooling gel…the WHOLE 9!!We’re incredibly pleased with our experience. We got the best of both worlds (awesome customer service and a product to match) from Brent and will be back to see him when it is time again!
