I’m writing this review before our project is even finished; that’s how good our experience has been. CCG is wrapping several vending machines for us, and has been absolutely amazing. Miss Vanessa reached out to see if we’d looked over the quote she sent us (after a pleasant phone conversation.) It’s a good thing she did because (due to a fail of technology,) we ended up missed their email with a quote and went with another company. We were disappointed we hadn’t received a quote email from them, as we were looking forward to working with them based on their positive reviews (about customer service in particular.) Even though the quote was more expensive than the company we ended up going with, that company ended up being a bad match for us and we immediately turned to Miss Vanessa. Miss Aia was able to provide for us in days what the other company could not in weeks. We immediately got the ball rolling and the process, timeline, and expectations were clear from the start. We have dealt as much or more with Conrad as Vanessa, and were not let down. These guys are good to go. We ended up having to refuse a damaged freight shipment and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating of the situation. Everyone we have interacted with has been polite, professional, knowledgable, and prompt. The front and back of the house is clean and well cared for. The work ethic is amazing and the customer service is absolute top-notch. I’ll update with another review when our machines are finished, but I can say with certainty that even if there is something wrong with them, it doesn’t change the honesty of this review of the service I’ve received so far and this one will not be changed.

I’m only giving a 1 because I have no other option. This started January 16th. I took my boat there to have it wrapped I took it in January so I would not be dealing with this in May. When I picked up the boat the wrap was cut short in a few places in the back. They told be to take the boat and they would fix at my house. They did come out and fix starboard side but not port. So the came back again to fix the ports side. Then the keel guard the install started coming off (I was told I had to have one) not true. They put new keel guard on but cut wrap short in 2 places near the bow. Bottom line is it still is not fixedStay away from this installer

The paint on my Tesla scratches easily so I got it wrapped. Same color with flakes that add vibrance. Looks great

I am unbelievably happy with my experience with Crystal Coast Graphics! It can out sooooo amazing! I get compliments all the time and I already booked a charter because someone saw me going down the road. I’ve already made my $$ back. It pays to look good!!

I’m in love with my partial wrap. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I even booked a job because of it that paid what I paid for the wrap. I already made my $$ back and it’s been less than a week. Looking good makes the phone ring.

Nathan in sales was awesome and very easy to communicate with over email. Design team was great to work with. Final boat wrap looked amazing and was delivered on schedule as promised. Highly recommend this crew!

Hey just thought I would mention what a great experience it was working with Vanessa and the rest of the staff at Crystal Coast. Friendly atmosphere there makes it worth while as well. They put the Boss 302 hood graphic on my Mustang, looks good and the car looks meaner, lol. Can’t wait until they install the side stripes. Catch me if you can!
