I had our vehicle serviced at Crystal Coast Graphics 2533 Commerce Rd. Jacksonville,NC 28546. I dropped the car off for window pillar trim wrap. The work that was done was inept. I returned to Crystal Coast Graphic and showed Nathan Brusaw. I was told by Nathan Brusaw and a co-worker that I would have to pay $150 to fix the bubble. I replied to Nathan Brusaw and his co-worker that I have paid you $524.32. Nathan Brusaw and his co-work did not make me feel "VALUED" as a customer. I had a POOR and DISSAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE with the INEPT/UNPROFESSIONAL WORK that Crystal Coast Graphics 2533 Commerce Rd Jacksonville, NC 28546 did on our vehicle. Dissatisfied customer that will not recommend family or friends to do business with Crystal Coast Graphics.
