This was my first time in having a car professionally prepared for a ceramic coating. Although my car was only 2 years old with very low mileage the retailer I had purchased it through did a poor job in polishing the car. Being a black car I noticed how many polish swirls appeared in the sunlight and as you can imagine I was not pleased. I contacted Ben at Ultra Gloss and was pleased with the way full details of the services and costs were provided, even had a link to a video presentation. I booked my car in, paid a deposit and delivered my car on the appointed day, I received a couple of texts to remind me of my appointment which was helpful. Ben contacted me later during the day as he was preparing my car to say that he would need an extra couple of hours to complete the polishing, due to the poor finish left by the retailer of the car. I was happy for Ben to do this and so glad that I did, as the finished car was great. My cars paintwork was so smooth and no swirls, probably better than when it left the factory. I bought my SL400 AMG 15 months ago - 8 years old with only 20k miles on the clock, drives like a dream. However, the bodywork and upholstery were showing their age after a year and the alloys were a disaster. I saw Ultra Gloss Detailing on Instagram and gave them a call, Ben was very helpful, gave me a quote, we set a date and a few weeks later, I have a brand new SL400 AMG! The paintwork is immaculate and as new, the alloys are like brand new wheels and it scares me how dirty the upholstery was before Ben got it hands on it. Great work, exactly as it says on the tin, and although not cheap, worth every penny. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to any of my friends. Less

Great job by Ben despite a poorly applied paint protection by the dealership on my recently purchased car. Ben corrected the mess they created and the car now looks stunning. Shame about the rain and hailstones after leaving the workshop, but not much Ben could do about that 😁 Less
