I am currently on the other side of the country dealing with some family issues. My wife called to advise that water had found its way into the roof space and onto the lounge room ceiling.I had Oz Pix Roof Restoration out a while back to look at the tiles on our 25-year-old house. Since completing those works, I had a neighbour make a quick repair to keep Indian myna birds from nesting in the roof. It seems water managed to find its way inside through the mesh that was used to make the repair.I called Ozzie. The boss came out the following day. He diagnosed the problem and I agreed to pay for the repair. To my surprise, one of his team was out the following morning, made the fix and left the area cleaner than he found it!The moral of this story is simple. Don’t undertake repairs yourself in critical areas around the home. Secondly, only engage professionals that know what they are doing.Oz Pix was great. The initial works were first class (until I messed it up!). The call for help was responded to promptly, associated works executed the following day and cost were extremely reasonable.Thank you Oz Pix.

After I noticed paint peeling from the ceiling in a few rooms I knew it was time to get someone out to look at my roof. Before Ozzie I had 3 different companies quote. Prices ranged from 10k - 18k. The most disturbing thing was all 3 gave very different advice as to what was wrong. Then Ozzie came out. He spent over an hour on the roof and in the roof cavity taking photos before thoroughly explaining what the issues were. His honesty was refreshing and his quote was half the amount of the cheapest quotes I had from other companies. His team arrived on the agreed date on time. They replaced over 70 tiles, put in new flashing and even replaced batons under the tiles that had warped from moisture (for no added cost). When they left it was like they had never been here - no mess! Needless to say the roof leaks were fixed. I can’t recommend this business enough!

Workmanship delivered by his staff was of a high standard though, I wished that they would take more time in delivering the right outcome the first time. I am blown away on how good this company is, they restored my terracotta roof late last year, it now looks so good people have said to me "when did you get your new roof" it looks that good, job so well done and very friendly, professional workers. Jumping ahead until today, I rang them this morning about a small matter at the front of the roof, within 3 hours one of the workers came to my house, found the problem and fixed it immediately, all under the existing warranty.
