He was always available to answer our questions, address any concerns, and kept us updated every step of the way. The experience of buying a caravan here with Ben was an exceptional experience. When we first spoke about what we wanted, Ben was accommodating and very helpful with choosing the right layout to suit our needs. From there Ben allowed us time to process all the information, weigh up the pros and cons, before confirming everything.When i took a quick trip to Melbourne and I had a free morning, I asked if I could see the factory where they get built. The team there were awesome and very happy to see myself and my 6yo son, from start to finish they answered any questions we had. It was a very good sign that they were confident in their build process and that I was going to get a caravan built exactly how I like it.We customised alot of things, not only did we ask about what types of things we are looking for, Ben gave us at least 2 options on every request if they were available. Most of the times he also added in cost vs benefit vs weight saving vs storage space. Literally nothing we asked for, wasnt accommodated for in one way or another. A great buying experience from a well rounded, confident and knowledgeable dealer with lots of industry experience.I am looking forward to getting out and around Australia in our new Great Escape Wildone 21'6xl special edition.

Honestly couldn’t be happier. The team at Northside RV were super helpful from the start — no pushy sales tactics, just genuine good service.
