⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We couldn’t recommend Ben from Northside RV highly enough!From the very first time we met Ben back in March, right through to ordering our new caravan in June and finally picking it up in August, he was absolutely amazing to deal with.Buying a new caravan can feel like a huge decision, but Ben made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. He took the time to talk us through everything, answered all of our questions (and there were plenty!), and was always patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.Ben kept us informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised and that we were comfortable with every step. When we finally picked up our new van in August, he made the handover just as smooth and exciting as we had hoped.It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and the experience they have, and Ben is definitely one of those people.
