Fantastic experience. We needed a new roof. I sought out 4 bids. Blackridge had a good combination of quality materials and am affordable price. They didn't try to "sell" me a roof. Brian took his time personally coming out, getting on the roof, taking measurements and pictures, and then educated me on what he'd recommend. Other bids came out with a salesman approach that was a little aggressive.. None of that from Brian. He patiently answered all of my questions and got the work completed fast. With days being short his crew removed the old shingles and rotting plywood and replaced with new shingles all within a single day. Hard to beat this price, quality of product, quality of workmanship, speed of project being completed, timelines and personalism. I would recommend Brian and blackridge roofing to anyone!

I contacted three roofers to repair an issue I had on my roof. Here’s why Blackridge and Brian won my business:- actually showed up for the estimate when they said they would (one never came)- thorough inspection of the roof; outside and inside (others just looked outside)- found the underlying issue why my roof was damaged (because he crawled into the attic)- communication was great- estimate was surprisingly the lowest, because of their professionalism I expected it to be higher- crew showed up on time and did the work they needed to do as communicated- was fair, transparent, professional, prompt and expertHIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was interested in getting my roof replaced. I received four different estimates from four different roofing companies. I went with Blackridge Roofing, working with Brian. He was referred to me by a very satisfied customer.One of the main reasons I went with Brian was because he was thorough, took pictures of the roof while he was up there examining it, and also ask me about my rain gutters, downspouts, but most of all he was interested in the attic, to see if there were any problem there. None of the other companies did that inspection.I needed him to send me an estimate of everything that they would be replacing or repairing. I also asked this of the other three companies. He was the only one that gave me “detailed” information on everything that would be done including measurements, individual unit pricing, and the total. I was concerned that the price would be out of my Price range, because of the quality material that he showed me, but he came in lower than the other three companies, and he was on top of everything that I needed. He worked with my schedule and kept in touch, always willing to answer my questions.I also had to work with my solar panel company to have them remove and replace the solar panels. Both companies worked very well together. Everything worked like clockwork.I am very pleased with the outcome, it looks great! He helped me out with my ventilation in the attic by putting on ridge ventilation, which would help with the excessive heat I was experiencing in my attic.Integrity and professionalism is what I look for in a company with this type of life -time expense. I can rest easy now that the roof will be able to withstand the extreme climate changes and weather we have. I would highly recommend this company to any of my neighbors, family, or friends.
