I joined Alloy 7 months ago. It is a GREAT program - you feel results within a couple weeks, which motivates you to stay with it. I started out feeling stronger and having more energy. Now i can add that I've never felt this fit, I've converted pounds of fat into muscle, and have lost inches in various places. Lol. But truly, i just feel lighter. The one hour sessions are very efficient. And changing session days and times has been very easy. The coaches are all amazing - super supportive and fun, and know when to challenge you or to help modify any exercises where you may need it. The vibe is great - all the members are friendly. Small class sizes really help. Joining has been one of my best decisions ever and i highly recommend it!

I’ve been out of shape for awhile now and Alloy Is definitely getting me back on track. The coaches are great !the gym is very clean and the all around atmosphere is perfect. It was easy to schedule due to my work and easy to sign up. They even did a full evaluation of me and I’m excited to check it again when the time comes . I definitely recommend Alloy if you are ready to get back in shape and feel good

The main reason I joint Alloy Personal Training is to help me recover after a knee injury while playing soccer, I couldn’t walk without crutches for almost 4 months, I refused a to perform a surgery or Cortisone, my Dr overseas recommended me to work on my body muscles, focus on skeletal muscle mass and strengthen my legs/thighs muscles. Its been 3 months and Im already back playing soccer, my team mates noticed my muscle build.I absolutely recommend them, to get faster results you need to follow a very good diet.Just watch what you eat for better and faster results.

Kelly is an excellent and creative trainer who is great at adjusting exercises to the sore of. Issues that her clients have. She is also reliable and gives great and encouraging feed acorn. Daniel is also an excellent considerate trainer who manages to push clients towards excellence while encouraging them to be mindful of any limitations. He also has an extremely engaging personality and wonderful memory for issues that you naught have brought up in the past. Overall ALLOY is a fantastic choice for those looking for safety and accountability and progress in their strength ttraining goals. Julian is hands down a great trainer who is motivational due to his own athleticism and high energy level. In addition his vast experience and certifications in a variety of modalities makes him the perfect trainer for those with mobility or age related issues as he can change an exercise to work for your own personal limitations while working the same muscle groups as the original exercise . In addition his enthusiasm is contagious even on days when “just doing it” seems like a terrible idea. I always leave a session with Julian feeling energized and inspired .He has also brought in a number of interesting speakers and practitioners for informative talks and classes including yoga sessions , chiropractic and a nutritionist . Overall ALLOY is a great choice for a personalized workout and a warm sense of community .

Have been a member for five months, My wife wanted to join the YMCA in Pleasant Hill, surprisingly PT for 8/50min sessions is double($600)what I paid for at Alloy. For personal training Alloy is a better deal.

As someone who hasn’t set foot in a gym for years, I was a bit apprehensive about starting up again. After my first workout I quickly realized I had nothing to be afraid of! Daniel was amazing, working with me to modify as necessary, after a knee surgery and a shoulder injury.

Good challenge and varied training that works for me

This place gets you moving, funny thing is it’s just basic range of motion movement with a twist. They monitor, coach and push you. Best thing I could’ve done to get back in shape and it’s only been a week!

Following knee surgery, it was impressed upon me that resistance and mobility training (especially of my legs / posterior chain) was going to be important going forward.I tried group HIIT training, but it appeared too much time was associated with cardio (which is nice) but didn’t have a strong enough focus on resistance training.I had heard about Alloy through social media when they first opened - and reached out to give it a try. Upon my first meeting with Julian and going through my assessment it was already clear that this what I was looking for. I’m now over a month in, across 11 sessions, and each of the trainers - Julian, Kelly, Daniel and Eric - have all been amazing. As a person who never really spent time in the gym I wanted coaching on exercises, form and programming - and Alloy has given me just that. Having set appointments each week has been something that ensures I make it in and do the work (something I realize I benefitted from while doing Physical Therapy). And lastly the small group setting removes any “gym” anxiety that I might have felt with just regular gym memberships. The other members are all there for same / similar reasons and it makes each session fun, beneficial and most importantly welcoming.

Just started Alloy but already feel it was the right decision. From Chloe to Julien and the trainers, everyone I have interacted with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. The small group workout sessions are exactly what I was looking for and still get the individual coaching when needed. I highly recommend checkout by out Alloy in Concord.

I have been going to this place for about 6 months since they opened and I am really enjoying it. Kelly has been a great trainer. I am feeling stronger every day. In general everyone who works there is great and is always cheering me on. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to build muscle, lean out and get stronger. You are in and within an hour and you are done with a full body work out.

Alloy is a fantastic small gym with a clear focus on strength training and genuinely caring for its members—especially for people like me who didn’t grow up lifting weights and felt intimidated by big gyms and crowded classes.Everything is thoughtfully scaled to create a calm, non-overwhelming experience. I’m seeing real improvements in my strength and muscle mass, and I actually look forward to each session as I track my progress. The trainers are patient, attentive, and incredibly supportive. I never feel awkward mentioning a sore back or knee—they’re always happy to adjust exercises as needed. If you’re looking for a more personalized, focused, and welcoming gym environment, I highly recommend Alloy.

Alloy is such a great gym!! All of the trainers are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Every session I go to is a great workout and every session is different. With consistency and amazing guidance I feel stronger and see noticeable differences. Not only are the trainers amazing but the people I’ve met are great too. It’s a nice community to belong to. I highly recommend Alloy if you are looking to get stronger and feel better in your own skin.

After three weeks I am exhausted ... and have never felt better, physically and mentally. My trainers have been very proactive about working with my unique issues. They explain how to do a thing, why we do the thing, what it works on. It's a very personal approach, that I - as a middle age, very out of shape woman - appreciate greatly. I know many of us avoid a gym environment because we don't feel we know what to do, what to use, how to use it, and here, that is all taken care of. Highly recommend you come see what they can offer YOU.

After searching for quite some time for personal training that works with my hectic work schedule, Alloy pops up on my Facebook feed. I had an initial visit with Manny and felt like maybe I found my place. I’ve been going consistently three times a week, and I am convinced now, I have found my place. The coaches are amazing, they don’t make you feel bad for asking the same question or asking for clarification over and over again. Classes are small which is a huge plus for me. Somehow coaches remember our individual limitations, and they modify the workouts according to our abilities. I’m looking forward to many more workouts to come.
