To my surprise by the end of June, the tress started showing some of the same symptoms. I kept an eye on the trees and finally called them. They sent an employee, this employee did not check in upon arrival, didn't get any approval to perform any work and proceeded to spray my tree again. Then proceeded to submit an invoice. I questioned the invoice and they told me the spray only lasts 6 weeks and I had to pay again. They do not care about transparency or customer experience. Their recommendations changed without even consulting with me first. They will perform unauthorized work and demand payment for it. Extremely disappointing and shameful business practices Less

I am so grateful to have found this exceptional company to help save our precious trees! Cody came out to complete an assessment of a few norway maples and globe willows we have that are showing signs of distress and limb-loss. I was blown away by his knowledge and willingness to explain how he could help us, but also how I could help myself care for these critical trees. Such an awesome guy. Nephi came out about a week latter to perform the necessary treatments and he was just as honest and helpful as Cody. We had concerns if the treatment chemicals could harm local wildlife including the many birds which frequent our feeders daily. He took time out of his full schedule that day to set our minds at ease to describe the whole process and offered advice on running our sprinklers briefly for a minute or two after he left to wash any residue into the soil. He was careful and respectful of our yard, even with the heavy hose and tools he had to navigate around some very fragile flowers and ground cover which is everywhere in our backyard. I was truly impressed nothing was out of place after. Thank you Nephi! My trees were diagnosed with scale insect, and yes, they were dying! Green Point told me they would be back in the spring to treat the trees with a systemic insecticide. Green Point showed up and treated the soil around the trees and told me to wait for the insecticide to work. They said the scale insects would dry up and flake off in a few months. That is exactly what has happened, my Bosnian pine trees look better than they have in years. It is late May and for the first time in years the trees are putting out new growth. I’m very satisfied with Green Point tree service. Less

I had an arborist come look at my trees for trimming and general health evaluation as some of my long planted and newly planted trees had been looking poor, and never really flourishing. He recommended Codye come and have a look at them. He started digging around the base of the trees and discovered my trees had been planted too deep and they were basically suffocat... More

I had an arborist come look at my trees for trimming and general health evaluation as some of my long planted and newly planted trees had been looking poor, and never really flourishing. He recommended Codye come and have a look at them. He started digging around the base of the trees and discovered my trees had been planted too deep and they were basically suffocating. he sent a person out to my property and 25% of my trees and shrubs were planted above the collar of the tree trunks. Now they can breathe and they are flourishing already. He also diagnosed a Pine Tip Weevil I had and has treated. All good now, finally! Less
