Roberto is a great trainer and I recommend him.I had a limited number of training sessions, so we had to be efficient with use of time.We decided it was important to build a strong foundation. Roberto focused on form and getting the basics right.He corrected me with minor changes that made a big difference.He's also got a good sense of humor, but didn't fall for my stall tactics or attempts at longer breaks.I'm able to squat better, hold planks longer, do more upper body work, and train my back without making my existing back issue worse.Roberto also gave me a mobility routine to follow and strengthening exercises to help my back.It was slow, controlled movements with the correct form, and that was somehow more exhausting than flashy, fast workouts!I'm continuing my fitness journey and see a difference already!Thank you Roberto!
