I joined Strongroom Fitness back in October last year and haven’t looked back, I started on 2 classes a week and now do unlimited, aiming to do 3-4 classes per week. I have tried several gyms in the past and this by far works best for me, the main reason is that you ALWAYS have a trainer at the classes so it is a structured training session, it feels very much like group PT sessions. I am no good at going to the gym and doing my own thing or a home workout! Ben, Jax, Ez & Christian are all great trainers, keeping the sessions varied & fun. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the other members are a great bunch of people who motivate eachother! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get back into fitness or want more structured workouts than doing your own thing, you won’t regret it! Less

I’ve been training here since the beginning of March. I was always very fit but then I had two babies in two years so didn’t have the opportunity to train. Since March I’ve become much stronger, much fitter and far more confident in my abilities. Ben, Cristian, Jax and Ezy are all fantastic trainers and I can honestly say I’ve never not enjoyed a class! The trainers quickly get to know your abilities and so will make sure you continue to progress and push yourself. The members are a great group and we have lots of laughs while working hard. Would 100% recommend to anyone, regardless of their fitness level. 👍🏽😊 Less

I have been training with the strong room team for a year now! Ben and Jax are both amazing coaches who give so much support and encouragement! I have gained so much confidence this last year. The classes I attend (Boxercise and LIFT) are great fun, always a fab work out and I amaze myself each time I try something new and learn more each time. A really lovely group of people who are always so welcoming, motivate each other and I always come out of class smiling and feeling proud of myself! As a mum of 3 exhausting kids 😂, I have certainly noticed a difference in my general health and energy levels which is much needed! Thoroughly recommend! Less

I’m 3 weeks into my journey with the strong room! I absolutely love everything about this place, I’ve achieved more in 3 weeks than I thought possible. The training is bloody hard I’m not going to lie, but it’s so enjoyable. The support from Ben and Jax is incredible they motivate and guide you so much. Other members are so friendly and make you feel part of the team it’s a beautiful vibe. I highly recommend for anyone who is nervous about starting their fitness journey. Thanks Ben and team for helping me believe in myself again. Less
