I want to start off by saying that due to a spinal injury I haven't been able to do any proper cleaning in over a year, so any cleaning is greatly appreciated. However I am very disappointed in the type of cleaning that I got vs. the cleaning I paid for. I paid over $300 for a good DEEP cleaning but instead got a surface level cleaning at best, and in top of damaging my floor and breaking a glass, they didn't even do that very well. I took pictures of everything.First off they used a broom instead of a vacuum and left a lot of spots on my floor dirty especially in the corners. I also found small shards of glass that didn't get swept up when one of the girls broke it. I don't know what type of liquid they used to 'mop' my floor but it left it sticky and with major streaks. My baseboards were not cleaned at all.They left wet dirty rags on my counters, and at one point had one resting on top of my water filter. My counters were left soaking wet and I had to wipe them off myself just to make sure I didn't get any mold.They asked me if they could move my furniture and I said yes assuming they would be careful and put it back when they were done. They didn't. This is when the damage to my floor happened and the glass was broken. They actually rearranged my entire living room and due to my previously mentioned back injury I wasn't able to move it back. I had to call someone over to move it for me which is how I found the damage to my floor. It would have stayed hidden if I hadn't had my furniture moved back to it's original place which leads me to believe they tried to hide it.My bathroom was the main thing I wanted cleaned, what I wanted the focus to be on. One of the girls spent a good amount of time in there and for the most part she did a very good job except for my shower. I feel like she spent most of the time cleaning the little shelves then she did cleaning the whole shower.Lastly, when I stepped out onto my deck shortly after they left I found a small pile of garbage that was left by my door.To end this admittedly bad review I would like to say that even though I didn't get the cleaning I paid for, the cleaning I did get was still a huge relief and weight off my shoulders because I can barely do any cleaning myself anymore, and I CAN feel a difference in my home after. That's the reason I'm not leaving a 1 star rating.

NEVER -- ever hire this company. Was recommended by someone. 60% was dusted. Floors were sticky after they left. They do the bare minimum unless you pay them even more to do a "deep clean" We did not need a deep clean. The house was clean. They needed to do their job and CLEAN! My wife contact them the same night was asked to send "proof". Proof? Okay so we did. A week goes by nothing was rectified and was told it was too late to do a re-clean we will give you a $75 credit. SMH. This should have been rectified the night we called for next day. We have cleaners for years but because we moved we needed new cleaners... these are NOT the ones. Do not allow them into your home.
