Plumbers gave me Zack's number from Precision and told me their work is excellent. They were correct, the plumbers had to make a sizable hole in outside wall by kitchen. Called Zack, came over, got a fair price and they started a few days later. From concrete, to stucco, to paint, they matched everything perfectly. Their workers are very nice, very neat, and just as important, they show up and get the job done right the first time. I would definitely recommend Zack and Precision Renovations.

Zach and the Precision team did a new bedroom closet complete and a bathroom tub removed and a shower installed with all new tile work in its place. Most of the work was done while we were up North for the summer.The work was done beautifully with photos sent to us on each step. We just returned to Florida and are very happy. Thanks, Zach!

Zach is a very personable guy and a man of his word. I contacted a few companies when I wanted to renovate my master bathroom, but Zack was the first one to reply and to come and see the project in person. He came fully equipped with his measuring tools, took dimensions, snapped photos and told me what his vision was for the room. As he does these renovations often I trusted his judgment and he didn't steer me wrong. Together, we picked out the tiles for the walls, floor and shower and I followed his guidance along the way. He helped me choose the vanity and the marble top and was patient when I was indecisive. His workers were courteous, efficient and always on time. They got the job done quickly and effortlessly (at least for me!) and cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom looks sleek and modern and I'm thrilled with the result.
