We worked with Jared for about 10 months to find a new home for us. We were not the easiest clients, only in that we knew what we wanted, but then we didn't, because once we were exposed to the many homes out there, we got lost a bit. But Jared was extremely instrumental in this home buying process. (1) He gave us time, room, and words of encouragement to fully explore what would be the best home for us, without pressure or urgency. We easily saw around 50 homes with Jared, and many return trips to ones we thought was the one. Again, and again, Jared was super kind and patient about the process. (2) When we finally found the "perfect home", he did the next best thing -- he truly represented our interests, advocated for our best outcome, and thought through what would be most beneficial for us. And (3) he is just a genuine nice person who gets excited about homes and finding the best place for his clients -- so fun to just hang with him; sometimes it felt like just visiting homes with a friend. I still can't believe we literally found the "perfect" home and at a price that still floors us. On top of that, he was able to negotiate a good deal price and final package too! You get it all with Jared! Thank goodness we found him!
