We scheduled William to come and install three grab rails in our shower. They had an opening a couple days out and so we took that appointment. Amanda was very helpful with the scheduling and communicated well with me as I explained what we wanted done. William called on our scheduled day and he was able to come a little earlier than scheduled, which was even better. I had purchased the rails and hardware beforehand, so after explaining what we wanted done he got right to work and was finished within an hour. He did a great job, cleaned up after and we settled up and an off he went. I’m at the point in my life where I have the money, but not the time or inclination to do such things myself, and based on this experience I’m thinking we’ve found a good handyman for future projects.
