I've been using Turf Grow for years now. Ray and his team do a great job of managing my lawn's weeds and growth. Every fall his team does a full lawn aeration and overseed. Recently Ray did a tune-up, oil change and blade sharpening on my mower and had it back before my next mowing.

Cannot believe my lawn. It is almost completely weed free and absolutely beautiful.TURFGRO began treating my lawn just last year and today it is thick and my weeds are basically gone.

My push mower needed service and I took it to Ray at Turf Grow in Johnson City. He replaced several parts and tuned it up for a very reasonable price. The turnaround was less than a day! Shortly afterward, when I continued to have issues, he replaced another part which he had suggested might also be part of the problem. Turnaround was not quite as fast, but the part was replaced at no cost to me!Ray was friendly, professional and kind. His work was exemplary. I will return next summer for a tune up and any other small engine repair I may need! Thank you!

I have used Turf Grow in the past with good results. This year, however, has been a disaster. I suppose I should have said something when the tech did not plant the yellow caution flags at the corners of the lawn as required but instead planted them willy-nilly in the yard. But the real problem arose the second month of service. Due to what I was told was a "calibration issue" the chemicals applied killed my lawn. Dead. Brown. The owner said they would reseed it but nearly two months later that has not happened. Meanwhile crabgrass and weeds have taken over. An email to the owner with photos saying that I was not pleased was never even acknowledged. I am hoping that the company will repair my lawn this fall but at this point I am not at all sanguine about that.

Great service. Called with a question relating to lawn care on property where I store client files and do some appellate writing, and they were quick on service, and even gave out a referral that was thoughtful. Top service.
