I came in after having my third baby. I had a full fist separation in abdomen at my belly button and about 2 fingers above and below my belly button as well. I had a pelvic floor prolapse, pelvic tilt, I was experiencing lower back pain, a weak core, poor posture and pubic pain. I also was experiencing urgency when I had to use the restroom. I wasn’t sure how much I was going to be able to heal my body. I tried going through insurance but it was difficult to get a referral and I wasn’t even sure if the places they were suggesting were places that I trusted. When I got in touch with Trapti she was so thorough, genuinely cared about my goals and concerns. After a couple sessions my abdomen separation healed drastically, I quickly felt relief in the pubic and pelvic pain I was feeling. I now only have one and a half fingers worth of separation at my belly button and 1 ish above, below is now completely healed, and I’m only about halfway through sessions. Urgency, my pelvic tilt, pelvic pain, weak core and pubic pain no longer bother me. She genuinely cares about her clients, has been so encouraging through my entire journey and has EDUCATED me about my body. Trapti is amazing! She is incredibly kind and attentive, and took time to listen to my concerns, struggles, and needs. I felt comfortable with her and never felt like I needed to advocate for myself. She cared about my progress as much as I did! Due to some challenging circumstances at home and my work schedule, I wasn’t able to dedicate as much time to my exercises as I would have liked. Trapti worked with me to adjust my program and encouraged me that the process takes time. As long as I’m working on it, I will get to the finish line! She was available anytime I had questions and taught me about my body and mind and how everything is connected. During one session in particular, she spent half our time encouraging me and talking with me about some things I was going through, unrelated to my pelvic floor. But reminded me that so much of our mental and emotional states affect the pelvic floor. She gave me practical ways to release stress and relax my pelvic floor. She felt more like a friend, walking and working with me through each sessions. It was bittersweet when I reached my goals!
