I bought my home as new construction in November 2020. Since day one my dryer has thrown a D90 (90% ventilation clog/fire hazard) code. I got my old dryer serviced and sensors replaced and it was still throwing a D90 code. I ended up getting an old-school dryer without sensors, which was great for a little while, but my king-size comforters didn’t fit in it. After less than a year, I broke down and bought a brand new big dryer again, and on day one it was throwing a D90 code. I paid to have my dryer vent cleaned. No one would get on my roof. They would only clean it from inside at the dryer level. I bought a pedestal to raise the dryer up so there was less curves from dryer to vent… you guessed it, still a D90 code. For just days shy of six years now, I’ve only been able to use my dryer on two settings without it throwing a D90 code and it takes multiple cycles as those settings are only 25 minute Cycles. I am proud to say that my dryer vent is clean and my dryer is set up appropriately to where I can now use all cycles without error codes after being serviced by Jack. Absolutely great experience. I’ve had three dryer companies come out prior to Jack and no one fixed the problem. Jack came in knew exactly what was happening and fixed the issue right away. He even cleaned up all the lint all over my laundry room which was absolutely above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough!
