⭐ 1/5 I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Posting Parties and their billing practices. I signed up for their service with the understanding that I would receive a free trial until the end of 2024. However, I later realized that they had been charging my account since November 2024, despite the agreement that I wouldn’t be billed during this period. I reached out multiple times—both to Preston Weekes (the owner) and through their company account—requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of my account. My initial messages were completely ignored. After following up, I still received no resolution or response, and they continued charging my account. This is not how a professional company should operate. Ignoring customers and continuing to charge them for services they have clearly requested to cancel is unacceptable. Due to their lack of response, I was forced to file a claim with my bank to dispute the charges. I strongly caution others against using Posting Parties unless you're comfortable dealing with unresponsive customer service and unauthorized charges. A company that refuses to communicate with its customers and ignores valid refund requests should not be trusted.
