I called Brenda from X Mobile Notary because we needed a Power of Attorney notarized for my father-in-law at his care home. She answered my call right away and was able to schedule us for the same day, which we really appreciated. Communication with her from beginning to end was top-notch — responsive, clear, and easy. She arrived right on time and was incredibly warm, cheerful, personable, and professional. Most importantly, she immediately put my father-in-law at ease. She took the time to read the Power of Attorney out loud to him and make sure he understood what he was signing, which meant a lot to us.Her rates are very reasonable, and I especially love that she publishes her rates right on her website. No guessing or surprises — you know exactly what to expect.Brenda is also impressively high-tech and efficient. She uses an iPad for the process, has a thumbprint device, and took our credit card payment right from her phone. Everything was seamless and easy. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism and efficiency with such a genuinely warm personality. We would 100% call Brenda again if we ever need a notary.5 stars+++! Highly, highly recommend Brenda and X Mobile Notary. This is the notary to call!

Brenda was completely prepared and very professional, but not without personality and charm. Signing a complex document stack --- in this case a real estate closing -- benefits from a notary that has done it before and can skillfully guide the signers through the process. Brenda was entirely capable of helping us through the process. Highly recommend!
